Our client, one of the Fylde Coast's top restaurants is in need of a Restaurant Manager with an immediate start.
Successful applicants MUST have a personal alcohol license, and experience of working in an a la carte establishment.
Duties will involve the day to day running of the Restaurant, cash handling, rota production, close communication with the kitchen and owners, and a whole host of other associated tasks including the rolling up of one's sleeves when necessary!
