We are seeking a talented full time CDP to work as part of a large brigade.
Successful applicants will have qualifications 706 1 and 2 (or equivalent) and have prior experience of a la carte cooking.
Duties will involve the production of food from fresh to a high standard, and will also involve function service and breakfast service. Due to the location of the client, own transport would be an advantage.
